2. Autonomous Operations

Autonomic employs advanced automation for energy management. While reliability protocols are in place, the User acknowledges that algorithmic decision-making regarding load shedding and battery discharge is final during emergency grid states.

3. Data & Privacy

All sustainability metrics are recorded on a public ledger for ESG transparency. Personal identifiable information is encrypted off-chain.

4. Liability

Autonomic Global Systems is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by "Island Mode" activation during external grid failures.
